Grzegorz holds a Diploma in Law from the Maria Sklodowska-Curie University in Lublin and an MBA from the Leon Kozminski Academy. In 2000 and 2001, he pursued a postgraduate program for group trainers at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities (Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej). Afterwards, he worked at Wolters Kluwer Polska for over ten years, starting in 1999 as a training specialist and training department manager. From 2003 to 2006 he served as regional sales director, later as sales director and sales and marketing director. From 2008 to 2010 Grzegorz was sales and marketing director and board member at Wolters Kluwer Polska. In this position he was responsible for strategic decisions regarding the company’s expansion, for creating new business models, specifying content features and carriers for new products, product launches and marketing campaigns in particular market segments etc. Since 2010 Grzegorz Giza has been chief executive officer at the publishing house Wiedza i Praktyka, Warsaw.
